like most reviewers have said, the resounding 'e' gives a nice affect that mixes great with the ambient rain in the background...

and the lite viola in the back rele helped made this piece sound complete, i only wish it was longer.

but they dont go with hip hop...i like tha kicks, but turn up tha snare a bit, and change tha note on tha piano, it gets annoying...
equalize better wit it, it sounds too loud.

keep workin at it, hip hop is harder to master than people think

of course sampling sounds better though, but in no way is it easier, trust me, yull find songs that yu would love to sample and then realize that yur not good enough yet with yur tools to sample it... just keep ya head up

i like tha intro and this was a unique sample, ive never heard this particular song sampled before...and lower tha hats...and since FL dont come with alot of snares.......

mix more then one snare together and adjust them to a sound yu want...put them in the FX mixer and parametrically EQ them.

good job on this one

music takes a while to know, it took me more than a year before my beats even sounded near what i wanted them to...but as yu keep goin yull notice yur own advances

and fl dont got too many options, just search for sites with samples, there are LOTSS, yu just have to find them..i used to search for 2 hours just for 3 or 4 sites with decent samples...music takes work

iight, it was a good idea, orchestra hits are always a great instrument, but too many sound cluttered, especially when they are as low a note as these...

I see a lil bit of personal style comin from tha drumz, thas rele good.
